The Company IT Solution Company who has developed an online platform namely Softbiz Connect, which connects the pharmaceutical /Fast Moving Consumable Goods (FMCG) stockiest/vendor/wholesaler with the pharmacy / FMCG retailers through a Website &/or Mobile Application (hereinafter referred to as “Services”, which terms shall also include natural persons who are accessing the Website, pharmacies referred to as “Sellers/Retailers” and the pharmaceutical/FMCG wholesalers referred to as “Stockiest”). Any of the persons visiting the Website and/or availing the services of the Website are herein referred to as “Users” or “you”. The arrangement between the Stockiest and Retailers shall be governed in accordance with Terms of Use for Retailers. The Services would be made available to such natural persons who have agreed to become buyers or sellers on the Website after obtaining due registration, in accordance with the procedure as determined by Softbiz Connect, from time to time. The Services are offered through various modes which shall include issue of discount coupons and vouchers that can be redeemed for various goods/ services offered for sale by the Stockiest to the Retailers.
This Privacy Policy shall apply to the use of the Website by both, Retailers and Stockiest. Every person/entity, whether registered or not, is required to read and understand the provisions set out herein prior to submitting any data or information to Softbiz Connect, failing which they are required to leave the Website immediately.
TYPE OF INFORMATION COLLECTED
When you visit the Website, we may collect certain non-personal information such as your Internet Protocol ("IP") address, operating system, browser type, and Internet service provider. This type of information does not identify you personally.
